Fixed bug with loading the same DLLs twice
Balanced the audio spectrum
Only one instance of the program can run at the same time
Changed settings path from %LocalAppData% to %AppData%
- If you want too keep your setting copy the folder called Helfer V4 from %LocalAppData% to %AppData%
